It should be easy to send someone a test, have them do it and then get the answers back. When we found that it wasn't we created this site.
Motivation
The inspiration come whilst looking for contracting work, and having recruiters ask "Are you free to do a test now?". Either I'd be able to say yes, in which case it got mailed, or I'd say no and there would be a discussion about when would be best and we were both available. Me to do the test, and the recruiter to send it.
This wasted enormous amounts of time for everyone.
Obviously something better was needed and this site is it. The recruiter sends the test to the candidate by having this system send them an email. The candidate comes to this site and, when they are ready, downloads the test to begin. When finished they upload their answers. That is it.
The candidate gets to choose when is best for them to do the test.
The recruiter can send them the test and then wait for the answers to be returned.
Everyone lives happily ever after.
